KASA pronouced Kah-Sah means 'home' or 'house' in a few languages.
We specialise in providing keyworker accommodation and social housing.

Founded by Kathryn, who graduated with a first class honours degree in business studies with human resources management and is an alumna of the 2021 NHS Clinical Entrepreneurship programme, KASA Solutions
prides itself in sourcing and creating rooms of the highest quality
for NHS workers.
After working over 10 years in the public sector (predominantly NHS) and having a passion for property, she decided it was time to pursue her goal within the property industry, not only to grow a portfolio, but to help others around her. Housing has a huge influence on our mental health and wellbeing, and Kathryn sees the need for a wider offer of genuinely affordable, good quality accommodation for NHS staff which not only improves morale, but also helps NHS Trusts with their recruitment and retention initiatives.
Kathryn has previously bought, refurbished and sold property before, but under the mentorship of well-renowned individuals and with her first-hand experience of renting properties, she now seeks to address the unmet needs of amazing individuals requiring good quality rental accommodation.

Being a member of the National Residential Landlords Association (NRLA) and being on the Data Protection public register, you can rest assured that KASA Solutions will work to a strict code of conduct to ensure landlords and tenants receive the highest standards of service.
